Summary:

When Seokjin was a kid his mother had joked that she could sleep through almost anything except for the tiny, quiet noises of one of her children in distress. (The story was normally told in a comedic fashion, about one particular time that a much smaller Seokjin had woken up his mother with a tiny finger in her ribs and the words mama I think I’m gonna throw up whispered almost silently into her ear. She usually said at that point that she’d never known she could move that fast.)

He could sleep through almost anything, except for the tiny, quiet noises of one of the kids in distress.
